Graham was the beloved son of Jeremy George Wetherell and Erica Motter Wetherell and the cherished brother of Marin and Levi Wetherell. He was deeply loved by his family, who will forever treasure the memories they shared and the joy he brought into their lives.

Whether he was collaborating with friends to transform a yellow school bus into a smart technology RV, operating a junk removal business alongside his close friend Gabe, or pursuing ambitious academic goals, Graham approached every challenge with creativity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning. An excited future engineering student at Texas A&M University, Graham looked ahead with optimism and ambition. Beyond academics, he was also recognized as a dedicated and valiant lacrosse player whose commitment, teamwork, and sportsmanship earned the respect of teammates and coaches alike. His willingness to encourage others and his positive outlook made him a valued friend and role model.

Maurine Graves Richter shared a heartfelt tribute that reflects the impact Graham had on so many lives: “We are all shocked and saddened by the recent motorcycle accident that took Graham’s life. From transforming a yellow bus into a smart tech RV with a group of future entrepreneurs to running a junk removal business with his good friend Gabe, he made every day an adventure. He was a friend to many, an excited future Aggie engineer, and a valiant lacrosse player. Graham Wetherell lived life big every single day. He blessed us all with his smiles, his laughter, and his love. We will miss him every day.”

A celebration of Graham’s life will take place on Wednesday, July 22, at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (MDUMC), located at 12955 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77079. A reception will immediately follow in The Friendship Court, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and support one another. The memorial service will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
